Terms of Service
How payment, changes and cancellations work for each service. You accept these terms when you send an enquiry.
Weddings and proposals
Payment terms
- The Proposal: 50% to begin and 50% when your plan and proposal-day timeline are delivered.
- Guest Travel: 50% to begin and 50% when the guest itinerary is issued.
- The Whole Event: 50% to begin and 50% when the work is complete and your final plan is delivered.
- Direct booking details: while Maryann handles the research, coordination and setup, actual reservations with airlines, hotels and operators are made directly using the client’s own details and payment cards, so you retain full ownership and control over your travel bookings.
- What fees cover: planning fees cover expertise and time only. You pay suppliers (flights, hotels, visas and so on) directly.
- Zero hidden commissions: no markups are added to supplier costs. Any supplier commissions are fully disclosed to you.
- Rush bookings: a 30% add-on fee applies to the base price for last-minute requests.
- Discounts: promo codes apply strictly to planning fees, not supplier costs. Limit one code per booking.
Changes & cancellations
- Pre-consultation: cancel before your initial consultation call for a full refund.
- 14-day right to cancel: you have a 14-day right to cancel after booking. If you ask Maryann to start working immediately during this time, any refund is strictly calculated based on the work left to be done:
- Partial work: you are only refunded for the uncompleted portion of the project. For example, if 40% of the planning work is already done, only 60% of your deposit is refundable.
- Full work: if all planning work has been completed and delivered before the 14 days are up, the service is fully executed and no refund is issued.
- After 14 days: all fees paid are non-refundable, as they directly cover the planning work completed up to that date.
- Supplier fees: any third-party cancellation or change fees are set by the airline, hotel or operator and are paid by the traveller.
- Included rebooking support: for The Whole Event, Maryann handles all rebooking work for free if an individual booking falls through. The traveller covers any new fares or supplier penalties.
- Mass disruption support: widespread emergencies (strikes, airline shutdowns, insolvency) are managed at an emergency rate of €75 per hour, pre-approved by you before work begins.
- Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
Visa guidance
- UK and Schengen visitor visas only, offered as a separate document-checking and administrative support service with its own fee. This service is not immigration advice, and Maison Eniola does not represent you to any government or consulate.
- The service fee is paid in full upfront and is separate from the government application fee. Visa decisions rest entirely with consular officers, so the fee is not refunded because of a refusal, a policy change or processing delays.
- If you cancel before Maryann begins reviewing your documents, the fee is refunded in full. If you ask her to begin within your 14-day cancellation period and then cancel, you pay only for the work already done.
- Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
Venue sourcing
Payment terms
- Destination Match: paid in full to begin.
- Venue Shortlist: 50% to begin and 50% on delivery of the shortlist.
- Verified Sourcing: 50% to begin and 50% when the work is complete and the final recommendation is delivered.
- What fees cover: venue sourcing fees cover research and advice only. Venue deposits and hire fees are paid by you directly to the venue.
- Zero hidden commissions: no commission is taken from venues without your knowledge. If a venue offers one, Maryann will tell you.
- Rush bookings: a 30% add-on fee applies to the base price for last-minute requests.
- Discounts: promo codes apply strictly to planning fees, not supplier costs. Limit one code per booking.

Good to know
- Availability and prices are confirmed at the time of checking. Venues can change them until you sign and pay a deposit.
- Final decisions and contracts are between you and the venue.
- This is venue sourcing only. Travel planning and guest travel are quoted separately.

- Itinerary Only: paid in full upfront to start planning.
- Planned & Booked / Group & Occasion: 50% deposit to begin, 50% upon delivery of your complete plan.
- Direct booking details: while Maryann handles the research, coordination and setup, actual reservations with airlines, hotels and operators are made directly using the client’s own details and payment cards, so you retain full ownership and control over your travel bookings.
