Privacy notice
Who is responsible: Maryann Eniola, maisoneniola@gmail.com.
What this website collects: when you send the enquiry form, your message is emailed to Maryann and a copy is emailed to you; the site keeps only your name, email, phone if given and the subject line for up to 60 days, so it can remind her if she has not replied. If you book a consultation call, the booking (name, email, phone if given, time) is kept for 180 days. If you use the WhatsApp or email buttons instead, the message only travels through those apps. If you add an estimate to your enquiry, it is kept in your own browser only until you close the tab. The site also counts page views by page and country, with no cookie, no IP address and nothing that identifies you; browsers that send Do Not Track are not counted.
Why your details are used: to reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal, at your request before any contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
Who else sees them: Cloudflare, which hosts this site and delivers the form email, and WhatsApp (Meta) or your email provider if you send that way. If you become a client, bookings share only what each supplier needs.
How long they are kept: enquiry records are deleted after 60 days and bookings after 180 days; messages that don’t lead to work are deleted from Maryann’s inbox after 12 months. Client records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Your rights: you can ask to see, correct, delete or restrict your data, or object to its use, by emailing Maryann. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD, aepd.es).
Reviews
If you send a review through the form, it is stored (your name, the name you chose to be shown, your email if you gave it, and the review) until Maryann approves or declines it, for at most 90 days. Approved reviews are published on this site under the name you chose and kept until you ask for them to be removed, by emailing Maryann. Nothing else on this site is stored.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. If you add an estimate to your enquiry, the figures are kept in your browser’s session storage only until you close the tab, and nothing reaches Maryann until you choose to send your message.
