What this website collects: nothing is stored on this website. When you send the enquiry form, your message is emailed to me through the site’s email service and a copy is emailed to you; the site keeps no record of it. If you use the WhatsApp or email buttons instead, the message only travels through those apps. If you add an estimate to your enquiry, it is kept in your own browser only until you close the tab.

Why I use your details: to reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal, at your request before any contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).

Who else sees them: Cloudflare, which hosts this site and delivers the form email, and WhatsApp (Meta) or your email provider if you send that way. If you become a client, bookings share only what each supplier needs.

How long I keep them: enquiries that don’t go ahead are deleted after [12 months]. Client records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Your rights: you can ask to see, correct, delete or restrict your data, or object to its use, by emailing me. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD, aepd.es).

Cookies

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. If you add an estimate to your enquiry, the figures are kept in your browser’s session storage only until you close the tab, and nothing reaches me until you choose to send your message.
